How did I end up as a women’s transitional life coach? In many ways, it was pointing to me all my life.

Yet the call to support others through big life shifts became crystal clear after I became an empty nester.  

As a wife, a mother of three, and a fitness instructor of 22 years, I have had no shortage of purpose and meaning in my life. But when my last child went off to college, it felt as though the most important part of my identity had been taken away. 

Menopause kicked in around the same time with all of its fun side effects. Suffering from lack of sleep, hot flashes, and weight gain, I sought a therapist to get me back on a manageable path.

After going through a few therapists and hearing “you are perfectly fine” repeatedly, I was referred to a life coach. 

within a few coaching sessions, everything became clear.

While it’s been a wonderful life, moving through a major life shift as a woman, a mother, and a wife, requires support I could not provide by myself.

Sometimes all it takes is accountability, a fresh perspective, and someone to walk the path with us.

    Through the practice of Reiki, a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan, a Reiki Master channels and directs universal life energy to promote healing, balance, and relaxation in individuals through hands-on or distant energy work.

My Approach

For more than two decades, I’ve guided women of all ages as a physical fitness trainer toward healthier and stronger bodies.

Yet for optimal results, I now see that I was overlooking a vital truth about real wellness:

It’s not just how you move and what you feed your body; it’s the messages we tell ourselves daily and how we are tending to our own heart and soul.

Through coaching practices like descriptive questions, visualization, time management, journaling, and grow model, plus meditation and breathwork, and other simple yet impactful tools we create a more balanced self.

And the part I love the most is that it’s backed by research and science.
